GRAPE HARVEST AND VINIFICATION
In the first week of November there is the grape harvest. The production is around 60 quintals/ha. Then grapes are picked from brunch and softly pressed. The alcoholic fermentation is around 60 days. This wine has not a malolactic fermentation, but the ageing happens in barrel for 14 months and then in bottle for 4 months.
ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES
Colour: gold yellow
Flavour: as candied citrus, wilt fruits, acacia honey and rose petals.
Taste: concentrated and rightly balanced, with an apricot, honey and dried figs aftertaste
SERVICE TEMPERATURE
It should be served at 4-5° C
