VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT
This wine is produced thanks to the traditional Veronese method: grapes withering. The grapes are lightly wilted: they are placed on wood crates for around a month, during this period they lose 8-10% of their weight. After the withering grapes increase naturally sugars, ashes and colour. During the withering there is the production of pre-fermentative aromas, which are mixed with fermentative aromas, but most of all aromas come from the maturation of this wine in Slavonia’s oak barrels for one year and a half.
