Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled  temperature
 
MATURATION
French oak barrels Troncai, Center e Vosges for 18 months. Ageing for 18 months in bottles
 
ORGANOLECTIC FEATURES
Intense bordeaux colour. It has a complex fruity smell, with vanilla and liquorice notes and a raspberry aftertaste.
