The sliced summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt) is ready to be used on carpaccio or garnish various pasta dishes. Moreover, the truffle is recommended to be used used on little flavoured meat dishes such as boiled or roast fish or chicken.
Conservation: Duration - 24 months in a cool place. Once opened, it has to be preserved at +2°/+4°and consumed in 14 days.
