One part in steel tanks at controlled temperature another part in oak barrels. This is the Franciacorta method.
Refinement for more than 24 months in contact with leavens.
ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES
Thanks to the high quantity of Pinot Nero this wine has a strong personality, a clear vinosity, a good strength and a persistent taste.
MARKS
Monte Rossa censure that Brut Prima Cuvée is produced only with reserve wines coming from the first pressing of the grapes. Each bottle is sealed with a selected and certified stopper and has a certification about its déchargement, after 4 months this wine can be sold
