WINE
This wine has the aromatic and gustative delicacy which can fully express the fruity-flower aroma typical of Sangiovese young wines.
SOIL FEATURES
Rosso di Montalcino is made with Sangiovese grapes which are cultivated on clayey- sandy soils, with fossils, marls and limestone.

100% Sangiovese
VINIFICATION
Soft wine-pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (25-26 °C); maceration on grapes’ skins for 8-10 days
REFINEMENT
6 months in oak barrels, 6 months in bottle
POSSIBILITY OF AGEING
Thanks to its organoleptic features this wine keep its characteristics within a year
MATCHES
Thanks to its aromatic and gustative freshness can be drink with salami and mature cheese, or with starters and main courses.
