SOIL
The soil is born during the upper-Pliocene period, and it can be calcareous-clayey or calcareous-sandy, it depends on the sunlight exposure.
GRAPE pure Montepulciano grapes.
PRODUCTION
Fermentation in steel tanks. The period of maceration depends on the grapes quality. After the malolactic fermentation the wine matures in barrels for 12-15 months.
ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES
Intense red ruby colour with violet reflections, which during the ageing become garnet.
Flavour: intense and classic
Taste: mellow and elegant with raspberries notes.
