In oak barrels for 9 months.
MATURATION
In bottle for 6 months.
ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES
It has ruby red colour, a scented flavour and a persistent and harmonious taste. It’s a strong wine.
MATCHES
It’s ideal with roast and grill meat, or poultry.
