Raisin Montefalco’s Sagrantino DOCG is the traditional wine from Montefalco. It has a garnet colour and an intense raspberries flavour. It’s warm, sweet, persistent and with a long final taste. There is a limited production of this wine.

Price: 28.50 €
Grapes wilt naturally on rush mattings for around 3 months. Maceration and fermentation at low (20-25°C). The ageing in oak barrels of 25 hl for 12 months, then the maturation for a year in bottle.
