The Noisettes (Hazelnuts) de Torgnon come and take their name from the village of Torgnon at 1500 mt in Valtournenche, Aosta Valley where special hazelnuts grow. These delicate sweets meringue-based and enriched with grains of toasted hazelnuts are so crumbly that melt pleasantly in your mouth.
