REFINEMENT
Fermentation and refinement in stainless steel tanks. The fermentation of the must at controlled temperature (18-20° c). Refinement in bottle for around 3 months.
ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES
Colour: pale yellow with green reflections
Flavour: clean and sexy flavours of apricot, pear and apple
Taste: delicate, mellow and fresh, with a good balance between sourness and softness.
MATCHES
It’s ideal a san aperitif or with fish, crustaceans and sea-food.
