Golfetta Salami - Emilia Romagna
Golfetta is made from the finest and leanest parts of ham. Exclusively Italian pork meat: the meat used is from animals raised according to the regulations of DOP Parma Ham and San Daniele Ham, offering the consumer guarantees on the type of farming, nutrition and origin of domestic animals ( born, raised and slaughtered in Italy).
It is high in proteins and low in fat. It is a healthy dish for adults and children. Maximum 12% of fat in the finished product: produced according to defined standards that guarantee the product's limited fat content.
Gluten: acceptance limits < 10 ppm. Suitable for persons suffering from gluten itollerance.
The Italians consider Golfetta to be a complete dish. It can be eaten alone or with olive oil and lemon. The salami is a perfect combination with delicate cheese and fresh salad. Use it with all your imagination!
