MATURATION AND REFINEMENT
Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature, re-fermentation in bottle for at least 24 months. After that the wine is poured off and still matures before dégorgement.

Colour: pale yellow with intense green reflections
Flavour: moves from hazelnuts and ripe fruits to white flowers and vanilla notes
Taste: persistent and with a pleasant softness
