Fondue is produced from the original Fontina DOP (Protected designation of origin), a delicious cow's whole milk produced in Aosta Valley whose paste is soft and easy to fuse. The fondue has been enriched with truffles, Muller Thurgau DOC wine and other kinds of tasty cheese like Parmesan cheese, Gorgonzola and the more classic table cheese to create new and good products for preparing appetizing and savoury recipes.
