PRODUCTION ZONE
Arvier (on the left side of river Dora Baltea and the areas called "Mombet" and "Bouse").
GRAPES
Petit Rouge (85%); Vien de Nus, Neyret, Dolcetto, Pinot nero e Gamay (maximum 15%).
COLOUR
Intense ruby red.
AROMA
Characteristic, delicate with the bouquet of uncultivated roses.
TASTE
Dry, velvety, well structured and turning to bitter.

SERVING RECOMMENDATIONS
Ideal with meat dishes, grilled meat and salami. The wine accompanies well all the meal, starting from mixed sweet and salty appertizers and finishing with meat or game dishes (chamois and hear), or various regional soups.
It is drunk "chambré", by opening the bottle a few hours before consumption.
Consumption temperature - 20-22° C.
