Coppa with juniper is one of Bertolin's key products. Tender and firm, cylindrical in shape, slightly flattened at each end, it requires accurate cutting and a careful removal of fat. The "coppa al ginepro" is an old family recipe, modified for present consumer needs and taste.

When sliced it releases an unmistakeable sweet and aromatic scent of juniper, whose berries have been left to 'rest' for at least 45 days, giving it an irresistible fragrance and freshness. Once prepared, it is cured for at least five months. The result is a firm and consistent quality product,sweet in taste and becoming more refined with maturation.
