Coppa with Juniper - Valle d'Aosta
When sliced it releases an unmistakeable sweet and aromatic scent of juniper, whose berries have been left to 'rest' for at least 45 days, giving it an irresistible fragrance and freshness. Once prepared, it is cured for at least five months. The result is a firm and consistent quality product,sweet in taste and becoming more refined with maturation.
