This wonderful rosy wine is produced after a brief vinification with Groppello, Marzemino, Barbera and Sangiovese grapes, cultivated in Raffa. It is appreciated for its intense flavour of fresh flowers, its saltiness and savourness. It should be served at 12°C. It’s ideal with starters, white meat and fish soups.
