Butter cream with rare black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt) and summer ruffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt). It is recommended to spread it on crispy bread or flavour any type of pasta dish or make truffle risotto. Moreover, it is excellent with fried eggs.
